智通财经APP获悉，5月9日，上汽集团(600104.SH)移动出行战略品牌享道出行宣布完成超13亿元人民币C轮融资，公司迎来里程碑式新突破。此外，享道出行称，公司已启动港股IPO计划。
享道出行表示，C轮融资后，将进一步发挥上汽集团和产业伙伴优势资源，搭建以享道平台为基础的“车辆—技术—平台”三位一体的自动驾驶生态链闭环，并联合股东方Momenta在上海打造L4级别Robotaxi车队，计划明年内车队规模达到200辆。
享道出行续称，作为国内出行行业近三年来单笔融资金额最大的一次融资，本次资本注入，标志着享道出行“一站式智慧出行综合体”战略获得资本市场与地方政府的双重认可，享道出行也将在港股IPO的赛道上开启加速度。
