ClearVue Technologies (ASX:CPV) signed a manufacturing and distribution agreement with Viridian Glass Limited Partnership, marking its entry into the New Zealand market, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Under the five-year deal, Viridian Glass has exclusive rights to manufacture ClearVue's solar-integrated glazing products and distribution rights for the products and associated services across New Zealand, the filing stated.
ClearVue Technologies' shares were up nearly 3% in recent Monday trade.
