【大摩维持太古地产目标价16港元及“与大市同步”】金十数据5月12日讯，摩根士丹利发报告指，维持太古地产(01972.HK)目标价16港元及“与大市同步”评级。太古地产公布首季租务表现，香港写字楼方面，太古广场租金按季持平，2025年第一季度的租金调整率为—16%，同比持平。2025年第一季度香港零售方面，太古广场零售额同比减少5%，东荟城名店仓同比减少5.8%，整体略好于香港整体市场，而太古城中心则增加2.9%。内地零售方面，第一季度所有6家零售商场的零售额均录得按季改善。上海、北京均呈现正成长，广州、成都则录得下滑。
