【大摩维持太古地产目标价16港元及“与大市同步”】金十数据5月12日讯,摩根士丹利发报告指,维持太古地产(01972.HK)目标价16港元及“与大市同步”评级。太古地产公布首季租务表现,香港写字楼方面,太古广场租金按季持平,2025年第一季度的租金调整率为—16%,同比持平。2025年第一季度香港零售方面,太古广场零售额同比减少5%,东荟城名店仓同比减少5.8%,整体略好于香港整体市场,而太古城中心则增加2.9%。内地零售方面,第一季度所有6家零售商场的零售额均录得按季改善。上海、北京均呈现正成长,广州、成都则录得下滑。
