太古地产(01972.HK) 公布，与陆家嘴集团合作发展的上海“陆家嘴太古源源邸”项目，日前进行第二批次销售活动，推出的57套滨江大宅即日售出55套，两轮销售累计总销售额达57.6亿元人民币，截至目前已售出单位约占所有已推售单位的97%。发展商计划今年第三季度推出更多住宅单位，涵盖188平方米及235平方米户型，以满足市场需求。
次轮销售的住宅单位坐落于项目两座临江住宅大楼，户型面积分别为约285平方米和约381平方米，另有一套珍稀顶层单位，面积达约731平方米，每套住宅的平均售价约5,700万元人民币，折合每平方米约17.18万元人民币。
太古地产董事-住宅业务杜伟业表示对陆家嘴太古源源邸第二批次销售的热烈回响感到非常鼓舞，又指虽然全球经济面临不确定性，但上海高端住宅市场依然表现坚稳。
陆家嘴太古源源邸共提供378套三至四房单位，面积从约188平方米、235平方米、278平方米至388平方米，住宅大楼正在兴建当中，预计自2025年下半年起陆续平顶，并于2026至2027年分批交付。而陆家嘴太古源的其余部分预计从2027年起分阶段开业，太古地产持有陆家嘴太古源40%的权益。(gc/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。沽空资料截至 2025-05-09 16:25。)
