智通财经APP获悉，远东宏信(03360)涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.48%，报6.53港元，成交额4854.14万港元。

消息面上，远东宏信发布公告，本公司的附属公司宏信建设发展有限公司(宏信建发，连同其附属公司统称“宏信建发集团”)拟通过其全资附属公司进行收购一家马来西亚公司股权的交易(本次交易)。

于2025年5月8日，宏信建发的全资附属公司Horizon Construction Development Investment (HongKong) Limited(买方)与Chan Heng Choy先生(Chan先生)及How Mee Cheng女士(与Chan先生合称“卖方”)订立股份认购协议，买方有条件同意以现金认购而卖方各自有条件同意出售所持TH Tong Heng Machinery Sdn. Bhd.(目标公司)合计80%的已发行股份(收购事项)。代价(可予调整)指示性总额为1.76亿令吉(相当于约人民币2.99亿元)。

于股份认购协议项下拟进行的交易完成后，目标公司将成为宏信建发及本公司的附属公司。

据介绍，宏信建发集团是中国领先的设备运营服务提供商，并位列全球租赁企业头部梯队，致力于为海内外建筑业和产业客户提供“产品+服务”的一站式整体解决方案。目标公司为马来西亚顶尖的一站式设备租赁供应商。
