蚂蚁集团出售4%的“印度支付宝”股份 价值约17亿
凤凰网科技讯 北京时间5月12日，根据路透社周一看到的一份条款清单，蚂蚁集团将以2.42亿美元(约合17.51亿元人民币)出售其所持印度支付公司Paytm 4%的股份。Paytm有“印度支付宝”之称。
蚂蚁集团是阿里巴巴集团的关联公司，此次将以每股809.75卢比的价格出售4%的股份，较Paytm周一收盘价折让6.5%。目前尚不清楚买家是谁。条款清单显示，高盛印度证券公司和花旗集团印度环球市场公司将牵头负责此次股份出售事宜。
根据交易所数据，过去两年间，Paytm经历了一连串股份抛售事件，其中包括“股神”巴菲特旗下伯克希尔·哈撒韦公司和日本软银集团的退出。
此前，蚂蚁集团曾在2023年8月将其所持的Paytm 10.3%股份出售给Paytm创始人兼CEO维贾伊·谢卡尔·沙尔马(Vijay Shekhar Sharma)，不再是第一大股东。
