　　在中美同意削减关裞，缓解了全球最大的两个石油消费国之间的贸易紧张关系后，原油期货周一跃升 4%。

　　美国原油价格上涨 2.52 美元，涨幅 4.1%，至每桶 63.54 美元。全球基准布伦特原油上涨 2.33 美元，涨幅 3.65%，至每桶 66.24 美元。

　　低油价给美国页岩油生产商带来了压力，他们通常需要原油价格达到每桶 65 美元才能有利可图地钻探新油井。戴蒙德巴克能源公司的高管上周告诉投资者，如果原油价格不反弹，美国的产量可能会达到峰值并开始下降。

　　戴蒙德巴克公司总裁马修・凯斯・范特霍夫上周在公司的财报电话会议上表示，该公司需要美国原油价格达到 60 多美元的中高水平，并朝着 70 美元的方向发展，才能实现产量增长。范特霍夫说，戴蒙德巴克公司与之交谈的运营商都认为 “目前的油价不行”。
