英国《金融时报》周日报道，OpenAI 和微软公司正在修改双方的合作条款，这将使 ChatGPT 的开发公司能够在未来上市，同时保证这家软件巨头能够获取人工智能技术。

　　该报援引知情人士的话称，微软提出放弃其在 OpenAI 新的营利性业务中的部分股权，以换取在 2030 年一项关键合同到期后能够使用新开发的人工智能模型。

　　《金融时报》称，六年前微软对 OpenAI 进行了 10 亿美元的初始投资，对当时起草的合同进行重置对这家初创公司的重组至关重要，自那以后微软又向其投入了数十亿美元。目前尚不清楚该报是否就其报道内容联系了 OpenAI 和微软以获取评论。

　　在来自前员工、学者以及包括亿万富翁埃隆・马斯克在内的竞争对手的压力下，OpenAI 正在撤回将自身从非营利组织转变为更传统营利企业的计划。

　　知情人士上周告诉彭博社，微软仍然是最大的阻碍方，因为它试图确保 OpenAI 结构的任何变化都能充分保护其 137.5 亿美元的投资。
