【银行严禁信用卡套现炒金】金十数据5月11日讯，近段时间，黄金价格在高位震荡并多次创下新高。在高收益的诱惑下，部分投资者试图通过信用卡套现或挪用消费贷资金进行黄金买卖从而套利，社交平台上也出现了许多相关攻略。记者了解到，这种套利手法通常是先使用信用卡在线下金店或网购平台购买黄金，利用信用卡的免息期，待金价上涨后，再将黄金出售以赚取差价偿还账单并获利。有时还可以通过信用卡的满减活动进一步降低购买黄金的成本。 针对这种不规范的投资行为，兴业银行、交通银行、江苏银行、广发银行等多家银行近期纷纷发布公告，明确禁止信用卡资金流向黄金、股票等投资领域，违者将面临管控措施。金融分析师表示：“若投资者违规使用信用卡资金“炒金”，一旦被银行发现，可能面临账户冻结、信用降级等处罚。如果通过非法套现等手段获取信用卡资金“炒金”，可能涉及洗钱、信用卡诈骗等违法犯罪行为。”
