据知情人士透露，Stellantis寻找新CEO的复杂工作已接近尾声，其北美业务负责人菲洛萨（Antonio Filosa）成为领先的候选人。
消息人士称，该公司即将就新CEO人选做出最终决定。由于讨论是私下进行的，这些知情人士要求不具名。他们说，情况仍不稳定，Stellantis董事长埃尔坎（John Elkann）领导的董事会最终也可能会选择菲洛萨以外的人。
去年12月前CEO卡洛斯·塔瓦雷斯（Carlos Tavares）被罢免后，Stellantis最初告诉投资者，董事会将在今年上半年任命一位新CEO。知情人士说，5个月后，公司内部越来越担心需要做出选择，因为决策陷入了停滞，没有一个永久性的高管人选。
Stellantis一位发言人表示，目前还没有做出任何决定，提名新CEO的时间也没有改变。
菲洛萨是意大利那不勒斯人，1999年在菲亚特开始了他的职业生涯。他于2018年加入菲亚特克莱斯勒的高层管理团队，自2021年Stellantis成立以来一直是公司高级管理团队的一员。去年10月，他接任Stellantis美洲业务首席运营官一职，这是塔瓦雷斯任期即将结束时该公司大范围重组的一部分。
