Star Minerals (ASX:SMS) appointed ResourcesWA to lead the mine approvals process for the Tumblegum South gold project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Star plans to begin mining at the project by the first quarter of 2026, per the filing.
Its shares fell 4% on market close.
