消息面上，5月8日至10日，第二十五届中国零售业博览会（2025 CHINASHOP）在深圳举办，作为利用数字化技术和供应链能力赋能服务乡镇夫妻店的产业互联网平台，汇通达网络“千橙AI超级店长”软硬件产品亮相展会。据悉，此次亮相CHINASHOP的“千橙AI超级店长”软件及一体机设备，围绕零售门店经营的商品、营销、活动、创意、运营、销售、社群、客服8大场景，部署了超过15款Agent助手，帮助门店在商品智能管理、营销内容制作、多媒体内容创意、运营服务辅助等日常经营管理场景中全面提效。
华创证券此前发布研报称，2024年，汇通达网络加快数字化转型，深化AI基础布局与应用探索，上线智能客服、商品审核、AI研发及数字人直播等应用，初见成效。公司旗下千橙云SaaS+平台帮助优化采购与营销，提高了采购、营销、客服、售后等多方面的效率，显著提升了终端客户满意度，助力下沉市场零售小店数智化转型。
