Caesars Entertainment (CZR) said late Friday it was selected by the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation as a service provider in the Windsor Casino procurement process under its gaming modernization initiative.
Caesars Entertainment will oversee Windsor casino's gaming and non-gaming operations on behalf of OLG under a 20-year agreement, starting in 2026, the company said.
Shares were down 1.4% in after-hours trading.
