　　歌礼制药近日宣布将在西班牙马拉加举行的第32届欧洲肥胖症大会（ECO 2025）上以口头和壁报形式报告脂肪靶向、减重不减肌的肥胖症候选药物ASC47的早期研究。据悉，ASC47是一款由歌礼自主研发的、脂肪靶向、超长效皮下注射（SQ）的甲状腺激素受体β（THRβ）选择性小分子激动剂。美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）已批准ASC47与司美格鲁肽联用治疗肥胖症的新药临床试验申请。
