消息面上，国泰海通证券指出，公司作为IDC头部厂商拥有核心资源，近年来海外市场投入力度大、先发优势显著，同时，叠加25年国内投入重启增长，公司将充分受益全球AI发展下数据中心需求增长。华泰证券表示，国内业务方面，截止 4Q24末，公司在运营面积达到613,583平方米(同比增长12%)，机柜利用率达73.8%，环比小幅提升0.2pct，单价约为2011元/平米/月，相对保持平稳。自2025年以来，国内数据中心需求端明显回暖，公司国内业务新签订单量达到152MW，未来公司仍有较为丰富的核心地带资源储备，有望为后续业务发展提供增长动能。
