　　马斯克表示：“一旦全面测试完成，总统将发布公告，向公众推出该计划。”

　　“金卡” 计划是特朗普提出的一项方案，该方案将为有经济实力支付相关费用的外国富人提供一条更便捷的入籍途径。

　　2025 年 2 月 25 日，特朗普宣布计划推出美国金卡项目，定价 500 万美元。3 月 20 日，美国商务部长卢特尼克称一天内售出 1000 张移民 “金卡”。4 月 3 日，特朗普在 “空军一号” 上首次公开展示印有其头像的金卡，称自己是 “第一位买家”，并表示预计未来几周会发放金卡签证。
