智通财经APP获悉，内房股早盘普跌，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)跌4.11%，报1.4港元；绿城中国(03900)跌3.11%，报9.36港元；富力地产(02777)跌2.02%，报0.97港元；新城发展(01030)跌1.56%，报1.89港元。
消息面上，金融监管总局局长李云泽近日在国新办举行的新闻发布会上透露，金融监管总局将加快完善与房地产发展新模式相匹配的系列融资制度。有业内人士表示，现房销售、城市更新、存量盘活、租购并举将成为融资制度重点支持领域。此外，近日有媒体报道，中国正考虑在全国范围内推广商品房现房销售制度，以重塑购房者对楼市的信心。
国信证券指出，五一节假日，根据克而瑞统计，楼市表现则略显平淡，19个重点城市认购面积同比微降4%。百强房企层面，根据中指统计，4月单月，TOP100房企销售额同比下降16.9%，较3月单月降幅有所扩大。该行指出，经历一季度需求脉冲复苏后，购房需求短期冲高回落，叠加房企推盘节奏放缓，地产销售复苏乏力。在政治局会议定调“持续巩固房地产市场稳定态势”的背景下，销售回落将进一步加速政策宽松节奏。
