当地时间9日，日本松下控股集团宣布，计划从2025财年开始在日本国内和海外各裁员约5000人。同时，松下集团将终止预期收益难以改善的亏损业务，整合、撤并部分分支机构。

　　松下集团9日发布公报称，企业将在2025年财年，也就是2025年4月到2026年3月，集中精力推进经营改革，集团旗下各公司将重点对营业部门等进行彻底的业务效率优化，并重新设计必要的组织架构，计划在全球范围内裁员约1万人。据悉，目前松下集团在全球约有23万名员工，此次裁员占到员工总数的4%。

　　此外，9日当天，松下还公布了2024财年决算报告。数据显示，松下2024财年，也就是2024年4月至2025年3月，营业额为8.46万亿日元，较上一财年下降0.5%；利润为3662亿日元，同比下降17.5%。松下表示希望通过结构改革在2026财年实现利润增长，不过经营改革预计将使企业在2025财年损失约1300亿日元。
