吴说获悉，由特朗普家族支持的矿企 American Bitcoin 将通过与 Gryphon Digital Mining 的换股合并实现上市，新公司将以 ABTC 为代码在纳斯达克交易，并保留现有管理层和董事会成员，包括 Eric Trump。American Bitcoin 由 Hut 8 控股 80%，特朗普家族持有剩余 20%，预计交易将于 2025 年第三季度完成。Hut 8 将继续作为其基础设施与运营独家合作伙伴。
