　　本报讯 （报道组 葛锦熙 通讯员 余婧晖） 5月6日，笔者来到常山县青石镇桥亭村何庄地块，只见占地近140亩的山林向阳面架满了光伏板。“4月30日达成‘全电上网’，这个项目的竣工，村集体经济增收又多了一条渠道。”桥亭村党支部书记、村委会主任王国军欣喜相告，该项目预计每年可为村集体经济增收约7万元。

　　桥亭村属于典型的山区村，田少山多。随着劳动力不断向县城汇集，丰富的山林资源得不到开发利用。“这几年，我们试过养牛、养羊，但人力成本太高，再加上市场行情变化快，促增收效果不佳。”王国军说，经过外出考察学习、内部讨论，最终决定在闲置的山林上做文章，引进光伏发电项目。

　　今年2月中旬，在县镇两级的牵头对接下，桥亭村与衢州曜鑫新能源有限公司达成了合作协议，并用两天时间完成山林流转工作。4月29日上午，项目竣工。“桥亭村何庄地块总辐射年辐照量等级为‘丰富’，稳定度为‘稳定(B)’，直射比等级为‘直接辐射主导(A)’，非常适合安装光伏。”公司项目负责人吕甬介绍，预计该项目年平均利用时间为1005.47小时，年发电量约为6860兆瓦时。

　　“这个项目的成功落地，极大地提升了我们的信心。村里还有近千亩的林地闲置着，只要敢想敢试，定会找到增收致富的新路径。”王国军说。
