智通财经APP获悉，中国投融资(01226)一度飙涨1.5倍，该股上一交易日收涨213%。截至发稿，涨53.13%，报2.45港元，成交额291.14万港元。
消息面上，中国投融资宣布，董事会留意到其股份价格于5月9日出现不寻常变动。董事会经作出在相关情况下有关公司的合理查询后，除下文所披露者外，董事会确认并不知悉导致股价或成交量波动的任何原因。公司现正与滴灌通(Micro Connect (H.K.) Investment Management Limited，MCHKI，一间可从事证券及期货条例界定之第4类（就证券提供意见）及第9类（提供资产管理）受规管活动之持牌法团)联络，探讨若干潜在企业活动。
包括：委任公司新董事（包括李小加，其为滴灌通集团的创始人及港交所的前行政总裁）；委任MCHKI为公司新投资经理；及建议配售不少于10亿港元的新股份。截至公布日期，公司已委聘法律及财务顾问处理潜在企业活动。董事会强调，概无就该等潜在企业活动达成任何具有法律约束力的协议或订立任何协议。因此，该等潜在企业活动未必会进行。
