新华社消息，日本松下控股集团9日宣布，计划从2025财年开始在日本国内和海外各裁员5000人。同时，松下集团将终止预期收益难以改善的亏损业务，整合、撤并部分分支机构。

松下集团9日发布公报称，企业在日本2025财年（2025年4月至2026年3月）将集中精力推进经营改革，解决集团的结构性、本质性问题。在改革中，集团旗下各公司将重点对营业部门等进行彻底的业务效率优化，并重新设计必要的组织架构与人员数。

松下集团当天还公布了2024财年决算报告。报告显示，松下2024财年营业额8.46万亿日元（1美元约合145日元），比上一财年微降0.5%；纯利润3662亿日元，同比大降17.5%。

松下希望通过结构改革在2026财年实现利润增长，不过改革的代价预计将使企业在2025财年损失约1300亿日元。
