Iovance Biotherapeutics (IOVA) shares fell past 36% after the company lowered its 2025 product revenue guidance. The company also posted a wider-than-expected Q1 loss and revenue below expectations.
ANI Pharmaceuticals (ANIP) shares advanced by over 7% after the company reported higher Q1 adjusted earnings and revenue and raised its 2025 outlook.
Hims & Hers Health (HIMS) shares were down more than 4% after the company priced $870 million in 0% convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private offering to institutional investors, with closing expected on May 13.
