智通财经APP讯，昊海生物科技(06826)发布公告，董事会于2025年5月9日召开会议，建议重选侯永泰博士、吴剑英先生、陈奕奕女士、唐敏捷先生、游捷女士及黄明先生为第六届董事会非独立非执行董事(包括执行董事及非执行董事，但不包括独立非执行董事及职工代表董事);及建议重选姜志宏先生、沈红波先生、苏治先生及杨玉社先生为第六届董事会独立非执行董事。前述建议须经本公司股东(股东)于即将召开的2024年股东周年大会(股东周年大会)上以普通决议案方式批准。
本公司独立非执行董事赵磊先生(赵先生)因个人原因将不会膺选连任至第六届董事会董事，故赵先生将于股东周年大会选举产生第六届董事会之日起退任本公司董事、提名委员会主席、审计委员会和薪酬与考核委员会成员的职务。
