智通财经APP讯，中达集团控股(00139)发布公告，集团持有GIBO不高于5%的股权。GIBO的相关普通股预计将于2025年5月9日在纳斯达克股票市场开始买卖。
GIBO成立的目标是透过人工智能(AI)变革内容创作及消费方式，目前已发展成为独一无二的综合AIGC动画流媒体平台，为观看者及创作者提供多种功能，服务于亚洲广大年轻群体，供其创作、发布、分享并欣赏AI生成的动画视频内容。
截至2024年6月30日，GIBO拥有约7200万名注册用户，其中包括来自印度尼西亚、菲律宾、越南、泰国、缅甸、马来西亚、韩国、日本、中国台湾、孟加拉、印度、柬埔寨、中国香港、新加坡及老挝的亚洲15个国家或地区的约6.1万名内容创作者。截至同日，自2023年9月平台上线以来，GIBO的平均每月活跃用户约为2760万人。透过GIBO，年轻人可创作AI生成的内容，发掘自身喜爱的事物，并与其他用户互动交流。GIBO的技术平台支撑GIBO.ai网站，该网站展示AI生成的动画视频内容，并提供一种高效、互动且易于使用的方式以创作及分享线上漫画内容。GIBO.ai让内容创作者能够自动化处理任务、创建个性化音讯及图像、获取针对彼等所创作内容的数据驱动分析，并透过协作探索新创意。GIBO.ai于2023年9月上线，配备先进的生成式AI技术，用于动画视频内容的创作，并着重构建可持续发展的生态，使其不仅能够赋能动画创作者提升内容创作流程，亦提供发布渠道，使观看者能够在平台上观看其作品并使其作品变现。
