GCM Grosvenor (GCMG) has assisted investment firm Jacmel Partners in acquiring a minority stake in LaGuardia Gateway Partners, which redeveloped and currently manages LaGuardia Airport Terminal B in New York City, Jacmel said Friday.
LaGuardia Gateway was responsible for the $5.1 billion redevelopment project of LaGuardia Airport's Terminal B through a long-term public-private partnership with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, the investment firm said.
Jacmel Partners said it made the investment through its platform Jacmel Infrastructure.
