5月9日金融一线消息，近日，中国人民银行、中国证监会联合发文支持科技型企业、股权投资机构、金融机构三类经营主体发行科技创新债券。

　　9日，工商银行在官方平台发文表示，该行当日率先落地首批科技创新债券。本次发行的科技创新债券规模200亿元，是首批发行的规模最大的金融类科技创新债券。募集资金将通过贷款、债券、基金投资等多种途径，专项支持科技创新领域业务，引导债券市场资金投早、投小、投长期、投硬科技，助力培育新质生产力。

　　同时，工商银行还积极承销和投资首批科技创新债券，高效满足客户科技领域融资需求。在首批公告发行的36个科技型企业、股权投资机构类项目中，工商银行担任主承销商项目12个。募集资金将投向半导体、集成电路、高端装备制造等领域，专项支持科技创新领域。本次工商银行承销项目中，还创新发行了“绿色两新科技创新债券”，将“科技金融”、“绿色金融”和“两新”领域相结合，多方面贯彻国家决策部署。同时工商银行充分发挥基石投资人作用，积极参与投资首批发行全部科技创新债券，涵盖所有类型发行人，投资规模市场排名前列，助力发行人降低融资成本。

　　工商银行表示，将继续全力做好“科技金融”大文章，在服务高水平科技自立自强上发挥国有大行主力军作用，以领军银行姿态持续提升金融支持科技领域的服务能力。
