中原建业4月在管项目合约销售金额8.96亿元
5月9日，中原建业（09982）发布公告，公司在2025年4月获得了2个新签合同项目，合约建筑面积为8.45万平方米。截至2025年4月30日，公司共拥有4个新签合同项目，新增合约建筑面积18万平方米，同比减少54.6%。同期，公司管理的项目数量为252个，总建筑面积达到3005万平方米，签约项目总数为453个，累计签约建筑面积为5579万平方米。
在管项目合约销售方面，2025年4月公司在管项目合约销售金额为8.96亿元，合约销售建筑面积为15万平方米，平均售价为6138元。1至4月累计合约销售金额为35.85亿元，同比减少26.8%，合约销售建筑面积为61万平方米，同比减少25.8%。每平方米平均售价为5915元，同比减少1.3%。
这些数据表明公司在当前市场环境中面临一定的挑战，销售和合约签署均出现了显著下滑。
