IT之家 5 月 9 日消息，松下集团在今日发布的经营改革进展概要中宣布，该集团计划优化共计一万名员工的人力资源，日本国内与海外各占半数，这一行动主要将在截至 2026 年 3 月底的 2026 财年中实施。

　　松下集团在全球的员工总数约为 22.8 万人，此轮裁员比例约为 4.4%。

　　松下集团还计划通过管理改革在 2026 财年中至少同比提升 1500 亿日元（IT之家注：现汇率约合 74.78 亿元人民币）的利润，这些举措包括整体的运营集中、成本优化、退出亏损业务等。

　　根据同日公布的财报，松下集团在 2025 财年实现 84581.85 亿日元（现汇率约合 4216.41 亿元人民币）营业收入，同比略下降 0.5%；营业利润 4264.9 亿日元（现汇率约合 212.61 亿元人民币），同比增长 18.2%；归属母公司所有者的净利润为 3662.05 亿日元（现汇率约合 182.55 亿元人民币），同比下滑 17.5%。
