【阿里内部官宣内网互通 调整员工跨业务流动机制】金十数据5月10日讯， 阿里巴巴今天在内部正式官宣了四项组织文化调整举措：一是，打通内网论坛“阿里味儿”；二是，调整员工跨业务流动机制；三是，继续做好510阿里日活动、阿里家书和年陈文化等文化仪式；四是，启动工牌焕新等。当天的内网通知中讲到，“阿里各个业务百花齐放，但开枝散叶，根是同一个”。有内部人士认为，“阿里合并内网焕新工牌，目的是在业务保持灵活性的基础上强化文化一致性。”
