金吾财讯 | 金利来集团(00533)私有化计划告吹，近日早间复牌跌36.24%，报0.95港元，成交额414.7万港元金利来5月9日举行法院会议及股东大会，法院会议上仅有约55.33%(约9974万股)投票股东支持私有化决议案，低过要求的的75%，有约44.66%(约8051万股)投票股东反对议案，超过反对上限的10%，议案不获通过。虽然股东大会通过私有化议案，但由于计划未在法院会议上获得批准，因此于股东大会上通过的特别决议案将不会生效。
