　　5月9日消息，港股内银股集体上涨，青岛银行涨超3%，招商银行涨超1%，中信银行涨近1%。

　　消息面上，5月8日傍晚，招商银行和中信银行分别公告称拟全资发起设立金融资产投资公司(简称AIC)，出资额分别是150亿元、100亿元。公开资料显示，六大行中，目前只有邮储银行尚未申报AIC。

　　国信证券银行业首席分析师王剑认为，AIC最终的收益并不仅仅体现为股权直投业务的盈利，还更多体现为这些科技企业客户带来的存款、贷款、中间业务等各方面收益，以及它们科技突破之后对产业上下游乃至整个经济体的外部收益。王剑认为，金融资产投资公司股权直投业务规模目前还较小。随着试点范围扩大和经验积累，未来金融资产投资公司的股权直投业务规模有望持续增长。
