据港交所5月8日披露，厦门吉宏科技股份有限公司通过港交所主板上市聆讯，中金公司、招银国际为联席保荐人。
公司成立于2003年，致力于为快消品企业客户提供一站式纸制包装产品及服务，专注于提供营销策略、产品设计、工艺设计、技术策划、运输与物流。
由于公司的纸制包装业务的核心是以产品设计和营销为基础，最终以解决终端消费者的需求及激发其购买欲为中心，公司积累了对产品营销和识别消费者需求方面深刻的理解和经验。
在长达数十年的纸制包装业务之外，公司寻求拓展业务，于2017年通过打造跨境社交电商业务抓住了移动互联网发展带来的新兴跨境电商商机，并成为公司主要的收入来源。
财务方面，于2022年、2023年、2024年截至12月31日止年度，公司收入分别约为53.76亿元(人民币，下同)、66.95亿元、55.29亿元；对应同期，年内溢利分别为1.72亿元、3.32亿元、1.84亿元。
