据报道，特斯拉试图将“Robotaxi”注册为商标的努力遭遇重挫。美国专利局以“该词汇已被普遍用于描述自动驾驶载客汽车”为由驳回申请，特斯拉需在六个月内提出抗辩。

　　特斯拉同时申请将“Robotaxi”作为客运服务商标，该申请仍在审查中。

　　特斯拉在Cybercab名称申请上也遭遇挫折。美国专利商标局暂时搁置了该申请，因为它认为存在与其他类似申请混淆的风险。

　　特斯拉计划在6月底于美国得克萨斯州奥斯汀推出一项机器人出租车服务，初期将使用10至20辆经过改装的Model Y车型。
