智通财经APP讯，中国海外发展(00688)发布公告，于2025年4月，中国海外系列公司的合约物业销售金额约人民币201.64亿元，按年下跌7.5%;而相应的销售面积约为73.59万平方米，按年下跌21.2%。
2025年1月至4月，中国海外系列公司累计合约物业销售金额约人民币665.83亿元;而相应的累计销售面积约292.89万平方米，分别按年下跌18.8%及0.9%。
此外，截至2025年4月30日，中国海外系列公司录得已认购物业销售约人民币 79.56亿元，预期将于往后数月内转化为合约物业销售。
