Alligator Energy Appoints CEO; Shares Up 5%

Alligator Energy (ASX:AGE) named current chief operating officer Andrea Marsland-Smith chief executive officer, effective July 1, succeeding Greg Hall, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Hall plans to resign as CEO and will transition into a new role as executive director for marketing and investor relations, the filing said.

Shares were up 5% in morning trade on Monday.
