兴业控股签订1.1亿元融资租赁协议 预计带来2667万元营业额
5月12日，兴业控股（00132）发布公告，宣布与长春市九台区荣祥热力有限公司订立了一项融资租赁协议。
根据协议，兴业控股的全资附属公司绿金租赁将以1.1亿元的代价从承租人处取得相关资产的所有权，租赁期限为八十个月。此次融资租赁预计将为公司带来稳定的收益和现金流，具体贡献约为2667万元的营业额。
融资租赁的付款总额约为1.37亿元，其中包括租赁本金和利息。承租人需在租期内按季度支付租金，且在租期末，承租人可选择以名义购买价购买资产。此次交易由公司董事会认为是以公平基准在正常商业条款下进行的，符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。此公告还提到，融资租赁的资产包括承租人位于中国吉林省的指定供热设备及设施。
