金吾财讯 | 远东宏信(03360)股价发力，截至发稿，涨7.04%，报6.69港元，成交额1.15亿港元。消息面上，远东宏信公布，附属宏信建发向独立第三方收购马来西亚顶尖的一站式设备租赁供应商-TH Tong Heng Machinery Sdn. Bhd.合共80%股权，代价1.76令吉(约2.99亿人民币)。兴业证券表示，短期看此次收购为远东宏信带来的业绩增量规模较低，测算得目标集团公司2024年净利润占远东宏信/宏信建发归母净利润规模比例分别为0.7%/3.1%。但长期来看，目标公司拥有逾1,000名的广泛且稳定客户群，客户的集中度偏低，且大部分客户均为当地忠实客户，其强大的地区市占率与经验将加强宏信建发在马来西亚的市场扩张，扩大海外资产基础、整合马来西亚成熟分销网络，为宏信建发现有马来西亚业务带来协同效应。
