罚单显示，九江银行股份有限公司因授信不审慎，被国家金融监督管理总局九江监管分局警告并罚款30万元，相关责任人余梦林、刘志华分别被警告并罚款6万元。
此外，时任九江银行股份有限公司沙河支行行长助理的王童琦，因对贷款管理不到位负有责任，被给予警告处罚。
