　　中国科创产业投资（00339）发布公告，待达成若干条件后，按于记录日期每持有2股股份获发1股供股股份的基准进行供股，认购价为每股供股股份0.07港元，以透过供股发行最多1.44亿股供股股份的方式筹集所得款项总额最多约1008万港元。

　　假设于记录日期或之前已发行股份数目并无变动，根据供股条款将予发行的1.44亿股供股股份占于本公告日期已发行股份总数的50%及经悉数配发及发行供股股份扩大后已发行股份总数的约33.33%。供股仅供合资格股东参与，且将不会向不合资格股东（如有）提呈。

　　倘获悉数认购，扣除所有必要开支后，供股的估计所得款项净额估计约为950万港元。
