卓航控股发布公告，继股东于2025年3月26日举行的股东特别大会上通过批准建议更改公司名称的特别决议案后，开曼群岛公司注册处处长于2025年4月9日发出更改公司名称注册证书，核实本公司的英文名称及中文双重外文名称分别由“Trendzon Holdings Group Limited”及“卓航控股集团有限公司”更改为“Pengo Holdings Group Limited”及“鹏高控股集团有限公司”。香港公司注册处处长已于2025年4月28日发出注册非香港公司变更名称注册证书，以确认本公司的英文名称及中文双重外文名称分别由“Trendzon Holdings Group Limited”及“卓航控股集团有限公司”更改为“Pengo Holdings Group Limited”及“鹏高控股集团有限公司”；及本公司的新名称已根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部于香港注册。
于联交所买卖股份时所用之本公司英文股份简称将由“TRENDZON HLDG”更改为“PENGO HLDG GP”，中文股份简称将由“卓航控股”更改为“鹏高控股集团”，自2025年5月16日（星期五）上午九时正起生效。本公司的股份代号“1865”维持不变。
