5月10日上午消息,新浪科技从多位知情人士处独家获悉,阿里巴巴今天在内部正式官宣了四项组织文化调整举措:一是,打通内网论坛“阿里味儿”;二是,调整员工跨业务流动机制;三是,继续做好510阿里日活动、阿里家书和年陈文化等文化仪式;四是,启动工牌焕新等。
当天的内网通知中讲到,“阿里各个业务百花齐放,但开枝散叶,根是同一个”。有内部人士认为,“阿里合并内网焕新工牌,目的是在业务保持灵活性的基础上强化文化一致性。”
据了解,阿里内网打通已在昨天实现,十万阿里员工同时第一时间看到了阿里巴巴CEO吴泳铭题为《回归初心重新创业》的帖子。吴泳铭在帖子中表示,阿里的基因里没有“守成”,只有“创造”。知情人士向新浪科技透露,“短短几个小时,阿里员工评论跟帖就多达数十页。”
此外,本轮调整还涉及到了调整员工跨业务流动机制。据新浪科技从知情人士处独家获悉,阿里最新的员工跨业务流动机制则为员工保留了司龄和未生效的长期激励,但为了保持各业务的经营独立性,内部流动仍需“先离职再入职”。
对此,阿里巴巴集团方面暂无回应。但有多位阿里员工向新浪科技表示,“很多人很兴奋,感到阿里那股创业的冲劲儿又回来了”。(闫妍)
