消息面上，南戈壁公布，全资附属SGS收到收到蒙古乌兰巴托一审行政法院发出最新法院命令，就若干蒙古税务局官员针对蒙古税务争议解决委员会(TDRC)提出的要求(即对TDRC先前决定对SGS的税务罚款由约8,000万美元下调至2,650万美元的评估结果提出异议或推翻该等决定)已被一审行政法院撤销。目前，公司获悉，作为提呈案件原告的蒙古税务局官员已提出上诉。
此外，南戈壁发布公告，全资蒙古附属公司SGS收到一封来自蒙古政府全权代表的函件，邀请SGS参与有关厘定蒙古政府于SGS所有权权益的磋商。蒙古法律顾问告知，蒙古政府有权以股权形式，与许可证持有人共同参与各具有重要战略意义的矿藏的勘探及/或开采。该集团的四个蒙古开采许可证所涵盖的矿藏被蒙古政府当局指定为具有重要战略意义的矿藏。本公司将继续关注有关具有重要战略意义的矿藏范围变化的发展情况，以及对于本公司及其业务和营运的后续影响(如有)，同时寻求保护其矿藏的合法权益。
