格隆汇5月12日｜宏利美国房地产投资信托(Manulife US REIT)已同意，以1亿3380万美元将位于美国佐治亚州亚特兰大城市的Peachtree大楼出售给无关联的第三方买家。上述交易将带来1亿1880万美元的净收益，信托可借此提前偿还将在2026年到期的债务。偿还后，2026年到期的债务，仍有22%或4510万美元。该信托执行长兼投资长John Casasante称，自启动重组计划以来，管理层一直将风险管控列为首要任务，以确保信托具备偿还即将到期债务的能力。
