智通财经APP获悉，碧桂园服务(06098)午前涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.12%，报7.22港元，成交额1.47亿港元。
消息面上，5月6日，碧桂园服务公告，向股东必胜及FortuneWarrior提供10亿元借款，期限五年、年利率5%，两家股东公司由杨氏家族全资持有、合计共持有碧桂园服务16.26%股权，其中必胜亦持有碧桂园51.94%股权，借款将定向转借予碧桂园集团用以保交楼相关事项。
中金指出，股权相关风险阶段性释放一定不确定性。本次方案涉及抵押的16.26%股权为杨氏家族直接持有的全部碧桂园服务股份，剩余20.18%大股东股权持有人为国强公益基金会，基金会股份由杨氏家族于2023年7月公告捐赠、拟用作公益用途。该行认为，公司将继续遵照原有承诺回报投资人，并根据集团主体整体各事项进展动态调整回报计划。
