智通财经APP讯，智数科技集团(01159)公布，于2025年5月12日，该公司与配售代理就配售协议订立补充协议，公司及配售代理同意按下文所述修订配售价及最后完成日期。公司已向联交所申请自2025年5月13日上午九时正起恢复股份于联交所买卖。
根据补充协议，订约双方同意将配售价由 0.355 港元修订为 0.361 港元，新配售价较2025年5月12日在联交所所报收市价每股0.435港元折让约17.01%。
根据补充协议，双方共同协定将最后完成日期由2025年6月20日修订为2025年6月2日(或公司与配售代理可能书面协定的较后日期)。
