智通财经APP获悉，据报道，新思科技(SNPS.US)计划以350亿美元收购安斯科技(ANSS.US)，目前已与中国反垄断监管机构就初步补救方案达成一致。
据报道，补救措施预计将包括将新思科技的光学解决方案部门和安斯科技的PowerArtist资产剥离给Keysight(KEYS.US)。
报道称，即使在补救谈判方面取得了进展，该交易能否在中国最终获批仍取决于中美关系的改善。
受该消息影响，交易价差从周三的36.79美元收窄至32.47美元。
这笔交易于3月份获得英国反垄断监管机构的批准，并于1月份获得欧盟的批准。
2024年1月，新思科技同意以350亿美元的现金和股票收购安斯科技。根据交易条款，安斯科技股东将获得197美元现金和0.3450股新思科技普通股。
