Bukit Jalil Global Acquisition 1 (BUJA), a special purpose acquisition company, and Global IBO Group said Thursday they have closed their previously announced merger.

Financial details weren't provided.

The combined company will operate under the name GIBO Holdings, and its class A ordinary shares and warrants will commence trading on the Nasdaq under the tickers GIBO and GIBOW, respectively, on Friday.

Global IBO is an artificial intelligence-generated content animation streaming platform.
