金利来表示，主席曾智明建议将公司私有化的计划在法院会议上未获股东批准，法院会议上仅55.3%投票股东支持私有化决议案，低过门槛的75%，同时44.7%投票股东反对议案，超过反对上限的10%，故议案不获通过。(mn/j)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
