智通财经APP讯，龙蟠科技(603906.SH)发布公告，公司控股子公司常州锂源新能源科技有限公司(以下简称“常州锂源”)及控股孙公司南京锂源纳米科技有限公司(以下简称“南京锂源”，与“常州锂源”合称为“卖方”)与楚能新能源股份有限公司(以下简称“楚能新能源”)全资子公司武汉楚能新能源有限公司(以下简称“武汉楚能”)、孝感楚能新能源创新科技有限公司(以下简称“孝感楚能”)及宜昌楚能新能源创新科技有限公司(以下简称“宜昌楚能”，与“武汉楚能”、“孝感楚能”合称为“买方”)共同签署了《生产材料采购战略合作协议》及《补充协议》。协议约定，预计将由卖方自2025至2029年间合计向买方销售15万吨的磷酸铁锂正极材料，销售模式包括卖方自供碳酸锂及买方客供碳酸锂，具体单价由各方根据本协议条款逐月确定，如按照预计数量及市场价格估算(不考虑客供碳酸锂模式的情况下)，合同总销售金额超人民币50亿元(最终根据销售订单据实结算)，达到《上海证券交易所股票上市规则》规定的披露标准。
该合同于2025年5月9日签署，自各方代表签字盖章后生效。协议有效期至2030年4月30日。该协议为日常经营相关的销售合同，公司签订本协议有助于与下游合作伙伴建立长期稳定的关系，有助于公司产品的稳定销售，符合公司发展战略规划。若该合同能顺利履行，将对公司未来业绩产生积极影响。
